Hannah Woolmer

Hannah Woolmer is a highly respected Violinist with prolific experience as a recitalist.  She often performs with Pianist Belinda Jones and has performed at many respected concert venues including King of Hearts Norwich, St. Brides of Fleet Street, F7 Festival, The London Festival of Contemporary Church Music, The British Museum and Christ Church Woking.  She has also performed recitals for numerous Music Societies and Clubs.  Hannah’s performances have been broadcast on radio, including BBC radio 3, BBC radio Scotland and WAUS fm, and she has released a Single of Lark Ascending which has been distributed on iTunes and with Amazon.   Hannah also enjoys performing regularly as a soloist and has performed The Four Seasons with Baroque Orchestra in London, Southend and Chelmsford and Lark Ascending with the University of Cambridge Philharmonic Orchestra in 2011.   Hannah has performed with Conductors including Mark Galtry, Patrick Bailey and Jacques Cohen.  She has attended master classes and workshops with Bernard Gregor-Smith, John Thwaite, Susanne Stanzeleit and Robin Ireland to name a few.  Hannah has a great passion for the tradition of chamber music, and tries to bring aspects of her chamber experience into her solo performance, often resulting in a great rapport with the conductor and an intimacy with the audience very rarely seen in large scale works.  Hannah also has a love and a belief in teaching, and The Woolmer Music Group string school is a tribute to her dedication to bringing first-class string education to her native Essex.  Hannah performs on a modern Jed Murphy Violin.

Daniel Roberts was born in Redhill Surrey.

He completed his B.A. Music degree at Leeds College of music in 2009 studying with critically acclaimed Pianist Helen Reid. During his study in Leeds Daniel also travelled to London for lessons with Peter Feuchtwanger, and found great inspiration from these lessons. Daniel regularly performs music composed by Professor Feuchtwanger.

Since graduating Daniel has performed as soloist and Chamber musician around Europe including concerts at the Egersund youth chamber music festival in Norway, and the Podium festival in Esslingen Germany. In August 2010 Daniel performed with the Aire ensemble in the Edinburgh fringe festival at St Marks art space, performing music for Piano, Clarinet, and Horn by Brahms, Dvorak, and rarely played Trio by Gustav Jenner.

Daniel is the accompanist for Billericay chorale society, starting in January 2011, and regularly accompanies instrumentalist's and singers for exams and concerts

In September 2011 Daniel performed Beethoven's piano concerto no. 1 with Rayleigh Chamber orchestra, and in May 2012 gave a performance of Rachmaninov's Rhapsody on a theme by Paganini with the Eastwood ensemble symphony orchestra.

In September 2012 Daniel formed a new collaboration with acclaimed violinist Hannah Woolmer.

Future concerts include solo lunchtime recitals in London, Chamber music performances with Cellist and regular duo partner Marta Dourado, and concerts with Orchestra's in London and Essex,

Since moving to London, Daniel has continued to study privately with Peter Feuchtwanger.

St Sepulchre-without-Newgate, also known as the Church of the Holy Sepulchre (Holborn), is an Anglican church in the City of London. It is located on Holborn Viaduct, almost opposite the Old Bailey. In medieval times it stood just outside ("without") the now-demolished old city wall, near the Newgate. It has been a living of St John's College, Oxford, since 1622.
